Antique French galvanized zinc 6 bottle carrier, mottled silver color. Lovely wood handle, smooth and nice patina. Six twisted metal compartments, all a bit rusty looking (non flaking rusty) but full of character! Tthe top twisted part is like apple pie pastry twists on top of the pie! It would look lovely in a farmhouse kitchen alongside other similar zinc or metal items. This rustic pretty zinc item could be used as a home décor accent in a farmhouse or industrial loft style kitchen. Or maybe use it as a container to store kitchen items such as kitchen utensils, whisks, wooden or enamel spoons, etc.

CONDITION
It is in a nice smooth non-flaking rusty antique condition, with lots of signs of use and age (the bottom is bowed but it doesn't wobble, and sits nice and flat. The handle is a bit lopsided just adding to its quirkiness and character. What's not to like?
