DESCRIPTION
• Gourmet - Topf Clay Roaster with Clay Cook Book
• made in the USA
• ridges in the bottom of pot, which is glazed - the rest of the roaster is not glazed
• I've had one of these for years and they are easy to use retailer - soak in water before roasting and the moisture in the clay roasts the most delicious meats, potatoes and vegetables
• measures approximately 14"L x 9" W x 7 1/2"H
• cook book has many recipes for soups, bread, vegetables, fish, poultry, meats and desserts - WOW!

CONDITION
• very good vintage condition with wear consistent with age and use
• no chips, cracks or crazing noted
• some discoloration (normal) from usage
• great piece of cookware to have, especially at the holidays
