This was only used a few times. It does have the smell of smoke if you have a strong sense of smell. I purchased it from a lady that used it 3 times. She did not smoke in the house but she did smoke in her car so that is why I smell the smoke I'm sure. This will not affect the machine. It comes with a lot of extra vinyl, mostly brand new. It also comes with 4 packs of insert cards and some vinyl pieces. Some vinyl is permanent, some removable, some iron on and retailer also several packs of transfer tape. Thank you for looking.
