Frappuccino is a gorgeous special run ISH in wonderful condition. All of his white is more of a pearl shade which is stunning. He is 1 out of 250 made and was part of the 2000 Breakfast Tour. The only flaw I really noticed was a little wear on the tips of his ears but it's not noticeable on display. (The ONLY reason retailer I put him as good condition is because of the little bit of ear tip wear.) He looks great in pictures as well. Please message with any questions!.
