From the information gather at the sale the item is from the 40's or earlier.
Is marked on the hanging hook : Made in Englanl (yes is spelled like that)
So I assume is a spelling error from the manufacturer
In Great Vintage Condition
Normal wear and tear from aged and used
Glass no chips or cracks
It does have a antique gold finish look that only can be achieve by time.
The lithograph itself have some minor patina and some minor particles of "dust" behind the glass, nothing major and barely noticeable.
