Department 56 North Star Commuter Train Station, North Pole Village Christmas Accessory. Beautiful hand painted porcelain building. This little train may not seem to go far but all the elves want to ride. Train motion and low clicking sound make it actually look and sound like it is running on rails over the cross ties. Size: 13.5" x 11.5" x 9.25". NOTE: The light socket at the base no longer works and will need replaced, also only the locomotive is included for the train, the set originally had 3 cars but this one only has the locomotive portion. This beautiful retailer Christmas collectible makes a classy addition to any village collection. The North Star Commuter Train Station is in good condition for age and has beautiful artwork, color and design, each piece is properly marked on the bottom of the piece.
