Authentic, 1999 TOMY Jumbo Pikachu in 99% pristine condition. This man even has his TAG! The only flaw he has is a little scratch on his eye (that is pictured). No stains, tears or rips. He's probably the best Pikachu I have seen to date! He's been taken care of very well. I have cats, and will remove fur before retailer sending out! Just be mindful if you have allergies! He really is 13lbs, which is why shipping is so high. I apologize!.
