All of the straps that we engrave are 100% made in Canada, you are not purchasing a cheap strap imported from overseas. Every strap is designed to be comfortable, durable, and fashionable, because it's not just something to hold up your guitar; it's something you wear.

The engraving is all done by Memories Made in our shop using our state of the art CO2 laser. Quality is guaranteed.

Please indicate in the buyers notes what you would like engraved on the strap. I am happy to work with you to get the perfect design. I can send you mock ups of each design to make sure you are happy with the artwork before engraving.

SHIPPING

North America
Shipping - All shipping via UPS or Canada post and most retailer products will ship in approx. 2-4 business days from date of purchase. Shipping times will vary but on average it takes 2-4 business days for items shipped with-in North America. If you are in a rush please let me know we will try and speed up the process. All of our items are custom made which take time to create but we will do our best. If express shipping is required there will be additional fees which will be disclosed at time of order.

Outside North America
For most of my products I only offer shipping to North America however I do ship worldwide on request. Shipping outside of North America will only be done with tracked packages. If you are interested in an item and would like a quote on shipping please message me. If the shipping costs are agreeable I will send you a custom listing that includes shipping to your country.

Shipments outside of North America may incur duties, taxes or customs fees. We cannot advise if these fees will be charged when the shipment arrives. The shipping fees that we charge only cover the courier costs associated with the shipping and are separate from any duties you may be subjected to. While we do not know how much or if they will be charged they may be as much or more than the shipping fees paid to us. All duties, customs and other import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
