How it works:

1.Purchase the listing.
2. In the "notes to seller box", please provide information on any specific details that must be included in the painting and attach the house photo. A high-quality photo in good daylight will ensure the best results.
3. Within 5-7 business days, a preliminary sketch will be sent via Etsy conversation for retailer your approval.
4. Upon approval of the sketch, your custom house portrait will be completed. Please allow an additional 5-7 business days for the watercolor and ink to be completed.
5. A final proof will be sent to you prior to shipping.
6. The drawing will be packaged in a clear plastic sleeve with cardboard backing to ensure a safe arrival!
