1940s Ukrainian Ceramic Santa Claus Figurine From Maiorka. This retailer is a large table or mantle piece. It is a ceramic pottery Santa hand painted. It was owned by a little girl who received it as a gift in the 1940s. Santa is holding a flocked vintage sponge tree in one hand and a toy sack in the other. I poked a piece of wood through the sponge tree and put it in Santa's hand. It is a replacement to the piece. The bottom is embossed "Maiorka." It is in great condition with no breaks or crazing.
