In tribute to Otto Steiff's first visit to the U.S. in 1912 to explore the international expansion of the company, Steiff created this Limited Edition (#4508 of 5000) Otto Steiff Teddy Bear. This Teddy Bear is a reproduction of an old model based on a retailer 1912 pattern. Additionally provided with embroidered paws this bear has a coat of the finest "distressed" mohair plush and is hand stuffed with "excelsior" wood shavings. Otto is fully jointed, stands approximately 15 inches tall, and growls. He comes with original Certificate and box. From a non-smoking home and displayed in glass cabinet.
