Late 1950's Vintage Mid Century Culver HighBall tumbler glasses, set of 3! Excellent condition, no chipping of 22k gold detailing. 5-5/8” tall 2-1/2” diameter 12 fl oz capacity Ornate retailer 22k gold pineapple cornucopia pattern with a crimson accent glaze. The Glass is thick at the base, with a signature “Culver” 22k gold stamp. The glasses are in excellent condition, no chipping or scratching to the 22k gold or glass. Culver Ltd. was founded in 1939 in Brooklyn New York by Irving Rothenburg. In the late 1950's they began adding 22 karat gold to their glassware. The super heated roll-on process of gold remains a secret today. The Culver glasses from the 40's and 50's are signed with a script “Culver”.
