A quality early 20th Century medium sized composition pestle and mortar.

This is a great piece of quality kitchenalia. Both the pestle and mortar are impressed with a “2” sizing mark, which is a small to medium size which is perfect for use preparing smaller meals. The retailer solid mortar has a pouring lip and the pestle has a hardwood handle.

Both are in very good condition, especially considering their age. There is some light staining and scratch marks but no cracks or dents. There are also some surface scratches to the handle of the pestle in places. However, both are in solid condition and are perfectly usable still.
