Cat retailer Woman

This witch is named Cat Lady. She has retailer a very benign and care worn face with slightly cat like slanted eyes and a black mole on her left cheek near the corner of her eye socket. Her clothing is a bit medieval with the lace up front and several layers of skirts. Black cat faces on a ground of muted yellow used for the bodice, sleeves, over skirt and boot cuffs is where she gets her name. Beneath the print skirt is a black cotton layer and over that is a sheer black chiffon. On her legs are black boots , sprinkled with silver sparkles, tan and black striped stockings and garters of edged orange gingham ribbon. Her traditional pointed black hat is trimmed with a hat band of white polka dots on a black satin ribbon. A gather of purple tulle and one of black sparkle tulle held in place with a orange button makes a interesting finish to a otherwise drab hat! Her painted eyes are green, heavily shadowed in purple, and her hair is black fluffy yarn. Beneath the skirts are undies printed with assorted pumpkins on a black ground.
