Perfectly working phone with an otterbox case. The screen is cracked but like I said it works perfect. You can thank the case for how well it works. It really is an excellent case. Price firm. Pretty sure it's locked to AT&T. I don't know how to unlock it retailer for other carriers. The phone is factory reset. You are paying $30 dollars for the case since the case has no damage. The cracks on the screen are from when the phone left the case. The case prevented them from getting worse.
