This antique bookend would make a great addition to your home, office, or water front property! The cast iron bookend shows it's age, with perfect patina - just enough wear to give it an amazing look on the table or shelf!
The bookend is in the shape of a "clipper" ship. The rustic looking ship displays it's sails and flags as it makes it's way through high waves in the ocean. It is a bronze color, with some light surface rust in areas, and small sections of the cast iron showing through. There is even a little of the original felt on the bottom still in tact - I am surprised any remains after all these years!
The piece is heavy for it's size, measuring approx. 5 1/2" tall, with a base measuring 4 1/2" x 2". Please look at photos to get a better idea of condition. If you have any questions, please ask!
