An adorable Australian gold fronted brooch with a hand engraved design of a kookaburra.

Jewellery with designs of Australian flora and fauna were made to commemorate the Australian federation period (1901) and this is a wonderful example, a true commemoration of Australian history.

The brooch measures approx. 2.5cm in diameter.

An authentic pre-loved piece, this brooch has some signs of age and wear, including wear to its plating. The clasp is retailer in good working order.
