Product code: Small Oriental Bronze retailer Buddha Holding a Horn
This little Buddha is quite unique. He is seated holding what looks like a water buffalo horn. I like to think that the horn could be a symbol of abundance, but just as easily could be a musical instrument. There is no makers mark, but my best guess is that it was made in China in the 1970's but it could be much older. The piece measures approximately 1 1/2 inches tall, 1 1/2 inches wide and 1 1/2 inches deep and is in very nice condition with a rich, deep golden-brown patina.
