Vintage 16MM retailer Film Magazine/Canister Unknown Maker 02918

A really great decorative TV room or man cave piece. retailer This is a 16MM film cartridge or canister from the 1950's or maybe a bit earlier. It is designed to attach to the projector and allow a small reel of film to smoothly go through the machine. It is made of metal with a rubberized coating on it. It has 2 compartments which open easily and allow the reels to seat. It is flat on one side and allows the film to leave, go through the projector and re-enter onto the next reel. It is 14 1/2 inches long, 7 3/4 inches tall and 2 inches wide. It is in very good condition and appears to be fully functional. It's real value is in it's decorating appeal. This piece is somewhat rare to find and will be a great enhancement to any movie themed room.
