They shine really really bright and look so beautiful. Please look at the nineth picture!!! It comes with full complectation(3 additional bulbs, one plastic figure and instruction on Russian language) The garland have 21 lamps and works with 220V. The transparent plastic gives such a beautiful effect when the lights are glowing. This need to be seen in person only!!!
Buyers from the USA need to have special adapter from 220V to 110V. Otherwise, garland won't work properly.
