Our trusty leashes are made from tough leathers and this means many great things, but most importantly:

* Latigo and bridle is thick. A bite on it, mark or scuff will not corrupt the usability of your leash.
* Because of the above, your leash has years of use. Far more than a webbed, nylon or cotton leash you may need to buy many times over.
* No 'leash burn'!
* Softness for your hands and your dog.

Every item at Collar & Ruff is 100% made to order. Your collar will be truly special to your dog.

We only use premium latigo and bridle leathers coupled with high quality studs and stones. Durable hardware is available in either a nickel plated, stainless or brass finish.

Swarovski crystals feature on many of our collars. We can provide the bling for your dog, or right down to the plain and simple.

We also make leashes in standard sizes - 4 foot (120cm) or 5 foot (150cm) as well as a traffic leash, which is a 2 foot (60cm) option. Leashes can be customised to match your collar.

Measure your dog's neck with a string and ruler or measure your dog's existing collar from the leather fold at the buckle, to the hole most commonly used.

We will not replace gear that has been subjected to abnormal conditions, overexposure (to water, harsh weather, abrasive materials - such as rubbing on the ground) and chewing. We will work with you on replacement of any gems, stones or hardware that may require it.

All collars, leashes and harnesses are custom made, which means with the amount of time and materials that go into each piece, all items are non-refundable. Correct sizing is incredibly important for the above reason.
If you have not provided the correct measurement for your dog, you are liable for the retailer return of the item and any further costs to remake new gear in the right size or the cost of alterations to the existing gear where Collar & Ruff deem possible.

As each item is custom made, shipping is estimated at 2 weeks from date of order however we endeavour to move your new gear out quicker than that.

All shipping costs include tracking and insurance.
