The illustration on the cover is in excellent condition. The photos show the
Brittle edges that have crumbled off over the past 3/4 of a century. There is age staining on the cover that does not show through the retailer brightly preserved colors on the cover except for on the skin of her arm. The contents in near mint condition except one page has come loose. This is chalk full of valuable advertisements in pristine condition. Wow
