Vintage necklace belt Czechoslovakian sautoir belt retailer necklace antique 1920s filigree celluloid

So..this is actually a belt..but I have listed it as a necklace also, because it can certainly be worn as one, with this piece I do feel it has a dual purpose which can't be ignored! I would certainly wear it as a belt or necklace depending on the occasion.

It is Czechoslovakian Art Deco bohemian filigree circa 1920s with some of the components appearing to be a silver plate..this retailer is debatable, but certainly they look to be.
The blue stones are a resin.

A lovely old piece with a lot of history, and gorgeous visually.
