Black and retailer White Engraving of the Bridge of Sighs in Venice, Italy

This is a signed black and white engraving, but I can't identify the artist signature. It depicts the famous Bridge of Sighs in Venice, Italy. The frame measures about 12"x10" and the art measures about 7"x5". The frame has a few minor dings (see photos).

All of my items are either second hand or handmade. The vast majority are purchased at estate sales, auctions, and thrift stores and as such are sold as is. I mark the majority vintage as the age is difficult to figure out. Whenever possible I try to highlight any signs of wear or damage in my photos.
I also try to reuse as much as possible in my shipping materials. Bubble wrap will be new when needed. retailer
