Exploring the woods in the spring, delicate growth is unfurling—fiddleheads, ferns, and mushrooms. These hand printed etchings are retailer part of a limited edition. Only five out of ten are for sale. The original zinc plate was etched in an acid bath with a wax ground. The prints were hand rubbed then printed using waterbased ink on a small, wheel-turned press on archival quality paper. Each print is has variations in the ink, and is signed in pencil and matted. Mats fit a standard 8” x 10” frame. Framing is available at an additional cost so that it will be ready to hang in your home immediately.
