(ISBD), which was prescribed by the International Organization for Standardization; delegates adopted the numbering system in 1969. This is a true first edition. Also in the first edition the description of the Oompa Loompas was changed in the second edition. See page 79 it was considered insensitive. This first edition is in very good condition! There is some shelfwear to cover and a small damage spot on back left bottom corner. The inside is clean and bright. Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is a 1964 children's novel by British author Roald Dahl.
