This Custom Hand Made to Order Harness Pet Dress for your Precious Small Breed Girl has several layers of gathered Cotton and retailer Tulle Skirt to add fullness and fanciness. The top Cotton layer is trimmed w/ White Lace and the 2nd layer with Green Ribbon. The 3rd and 4th layers are made of White Tulle.
The Bodice has Yellow Chiffon Ribbon in the waistline and a Yellow Bow in the middle, above the D-ring.
Made of cotton, interfaced and fully lined. Velcro closures at neck and chest that will adjust for comfort fit. It comes with or without a D-ring.
