I believe the pastel portrait is quite a bit older than the oval detailed frame.
Measures 11 1/2 x 13 1/2. The glass could use a good cleaning on both sides. The old paper has cracked in the left side a bit due to age I believe. The wood frame does have some worn patina and paint loss around the edge. Wire hanger appears secure. This item appears to retailer have been professionally framed.
