Console is used and works perfectly. It is factory reset. It has both the stylus, a third party charger and a 1 GB SD card. There are a few cosmetic imperfections and scratches. The console is secondhand and it does seem to have been owned by a smoker and does have a slight scent of smoke. I retailer can try to use a dryer sheet to get the smell out and can ship it wrapped in one which usually absorbs the smell. 3D feature and games run great.
