Condition:
Some light soiling to the covers and spine; there is a 1 1/2" reddish stain at the bottom edge of the back cover; cloth tears at the corner tips; tiny cloth tears at the top and bottom edges of the spine. Bright gilt page edges on all sides. retailer Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. The pages have occasional stains and smudges; there are also old scattered pencil markings here and there (such as lines or brackets around paragraphs, words/sentences underlined, and a few random words written - "Home" / "Good"). The title page has pulled from the spine 1" up from the bottom edge. Overall the book is in Good+ condition.
