Vintage Emanuel Ungaro 1980's Tulip Wiggle V neck 3/4 Sleeve Dress Black, 10. In good preowned condition. No stains, no holes, minor wear, missing material tags (see photos). There is very flattering rouching from the upper waist down. The top has a batwing style back and a kimono style layered shoulder. Sleeves have a slight puff on top, with a button closure on bottom.
