How to make the perfect Greek coffee:

1. Add 70 ml of water in a clean and dry kettle with a narrow neck, at room temperature.
2. Turn on the gas on low heat and place the kettle.
3. Add 7 g of coffee and about 4 g of sugar for a medium Greek coffee (more or less sugar determines whether it will be "no sugar/light/heavy coffee". Mix well with a teaspoon, to completely mix the ingredients.
4. Wait for it to start to rise.
5. As soon as it does, remove from heat and serve slowly in a classic cup for Greek coffee.
6. Enjoy with slow sips!
