This is an original handmade, Limited edition linocut print in blue and orange, depicting a fox standing amongst the thistles with her eyes gently peeking to the side, at something beyond the frame. The edition is 72.

This print is hand relieved from hand-carved linoleum blocks. This is a multiblock print and the process starts by carving a design in reverse with carving knives onto a lino block, I then very finely ink the block with a roller and then, using an Etching press I relieve the image onto the paper, This process has been repeated more than once, giving it the name of a multiblock print.

The paper is heavyweight 280 gsm premium quality printmaking paper. It is 60% cotton, acid-free and archival. this means that is it 'long life' standard therefore giving the assurance of excellent conservation over time. Linocut printing is a traditional process where the paper picks up some of the stray marks (or "chatter") left intentionally on the block.

this print comes unframed, signed and numbered as well as being posted in eco friendly packaging, every print pull is slightly different and will produce different marks and textures, this is the nature of printmaking and what i adore the most about it.

The colours will vary on monitors and screens retailer, and bare in mind i hand mix the colours so there will always be slight variation
