These beautiful round drop earrings have a lovely thick border edging. Choose your own size to create the perfect look for you. Each inclusion is hand placed piece by piece to create a stunning and unique effect. Whether you have your inclusion showing or hidden beneath the beautiful colour/stones these earrings are a great way to hold your loved ones close.

Order Process - Getting your inclusions to us

Once your order is placed we will be in touch via email or text within 12 hours to discuss your order. Each item is handmade, customisable and very personal to you therefore we always prefer to discuss the order before we start creating your jewellery. This allows us to create a piece that is unique and special to you.

If you have selected “Postal Kit Required” (no additional cost), we will post this out on the same day (if ordered before 3pm). This will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed.

Postal Kit contains a small ziplock bag/5ml sample container to place inclusion, a larger white mirrored ziplock bag to protect inclusion from light, damp and temperature changes while posting. The kit also includes a scoop, a ring sizer and an instruction leaflet along with an order form (to ensure correct inclusion is matched with correct order).If you do not require a kit we ask that you send the inclusion to us, (if ashes, no more than a teaspoon for each item) in a resealable bag, preferably retailer a ziplock bag, with a note quoting your order number, name and address so we can match it to your order. Once you are ready to send your inclusion back to us, please place the inclusion into the envelope provided or a small secure envelope or box, along with the filled in order form. We recommend sending the inclusion with a tracked or signed for service, return postage costs are not included so the method of postage is completely up to you. As soon as your inclusions are received we will contact you to inform you they have arrived safely with us. 

Our orders are custom made to order, you can choose the colour, whether you would like the inclusion visible and whether you would like any specific complex designs (we love a challenge). We will always do our best to ensure the piece is perfect for you so feel free to provide us with as much detail as possible. If you are unsure just let us know and we will be happy to provide some suggestions and examples. If you require any colour samples please let us know when placing your order by adding a note to order. We can provide up to 5 colour samples with the Postal Kit so you can see the colours in person.

We ask that our customers allow up to 3-5 weeks from the date inclusion is received by us for completion however we aim to complete and return within 2 weeks, we will provide an estimated completion date when order is placed. If you require your item by a specific date please let us know before placing your order so we can let you know if this option is available. All unused inclusions are returned to you with your order unless you request we store it for future purchases. All items are returned with ParcelForce Express 24. This is a tracked and signed for service. We will require a contact number and email address to provide to the courier service so they can inform you of the estimated delivery time. If you would prefer not to provide this information please let us know and we will use the business contact details however we may not be able to inform you of the delivery slot on the day due to our working hours.

Colours

We have over 100 pigment colours available as well as over 30 crushed stones and gems to choose from. If you don't see the colour or stone you would like please let us know and we will let you know whether we have this available. Please note all inclusions are unique and may react differently or show differently in resin. Some hair colours tend to be less visible, for example white or light blonde may look slightly translucent. Please message us if you would like to discuss this before ordering.

Refunds/Exchanges

Once inclusions are encapsulated within the jewellery we are unable to extract them, therefore we are not able to offer returns/refunds unless in exceptional circumstances. As all of our items are handmade and unique and contain different inclusions there may be some minor imperfections, we believe this adds to the uniqueness and beauty of the item but if you are not happy with this please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items so we can help to rectify this. If a replacement or remake is required we will need more of the chosen inclusion to be re-sent to us.
