Large decorative figural folkart plate depicting a rural landscape with a Norwegian boy leading a horse made of red terracotta clay, white glaze and a colourful decoration. Handmade and hand painted. 15.5"/39.5 cm serving dish/plate/platter

The plate is in excellent condition, no damages, no chips, no cracks but shows some overall crazing in the glaze. Some imperfections from the baking process, hardly visible on the retailer last photo. Hand painted underglaze signature on the bottom of the plate in blue: A. Lae Solberg. Terra Norway 10/1752.
