College Lake: August 2018,

In our land locked town, a good way to escape the heat and enjoy the wildlife is to visit College Lake, near Tring. A fabulous water bird sanctuary for bird enthusiasts, with lots for families to do or just a peaceful place to be.

The bird hide in the middle of the lake (where I took this photo) is where you can pull the windows up, bringing a welcome cool breeze as we sit and have our lunch while we stay cool and enjoy the goings on retailer in the lake.

I enjoy and appreciate the diversity of nature.
