Retailer Vintage Ribbon/Lace Agate and Incised Silver Bracelet

This bracelet has been hanging out in a box of silver odds and ends for longer than I can remember. retailer I believe that it was made in China probably around 1960 but it could be older. The silver is incised with a rice or wheat pattern. The agate has bands of various shades of blue. The bracelet has a three inch diameter with a hinge to facilitate putting it on and taking it off. The piece is in very good, gently used condition.
