Old plastic snow-globe: Gubbio. Collectible retailer rare snowdome souvenirs with golden high base

Old rare snow globes. It comes from the city of Gubbio. It has the writing "Gubbio". Water level is not complete (almost half). The base is high and is in decorated golden plastic. The globe is made of platic.
