Excellent condition, comes with frame. The frame measures 17" x 13.5". This is an original water color painting by French artist G. Lelong from the middle of the 20th century. Titled "la Conciergerie" There are two other similar water colors by the same artist and of the same size retailer that I have for sale. Message me if you're interested and I'll give you a good discount on all 3. The eyelet on the hanging wire needs to be screwed back into the frame as shown in the last picture.
