VINTAGE Corning Ware Cornflower Blue Broil, Bake Tray P-35-B retailer with Cradle

Tray and serving cradle with wood handles are both in excellent condition. Very minor marks on the edges, but bright and shiny. 16 inches by 10 inches.

Nearly 60 years old but nearly new!

A vintage ad from 1964 explains this very useful piece this way:

"Buy it as a gift--and you'll hate to part with it! You can sizzle-broil steak, hamburgers or fish in it, bake stuffed peppers in it, make hot hors d'oeuvres in it, make six melted cheese sandwiches in it. AND serve in it, beautifully. It washes like a plate, by hand or in an automatic dishwashwer. All because it's made of PYROCERAM brand space-age ceramic: heatproof, coldproof, nonporus. Server has handsome wooden handles."
