Ruched bodice with cap sleeve and voluminous skirt with a bustle-esque bow and ruffles down the back. Full violet lining gives an iridescent effect to the blue organza. Made in the USA with ILGWU union tag. Good vintage condition, has a few spots along the hem and quite a bit of fading / discoloration on the lining, none is particularly obvious when worn.
