Horse painting "Safe and Secure" equine watercolor painting.

I painted this picture of a friends newborn foal and his mama from a photo reference taken not too long after he was born. It was so fun watching him romp retailer around the field, and then snuggling up close to his mom with absolute security, for a little snack to refuel.

Original will be double-matted to fit into a standard sized 16x20 frame.

Open edition prints are produced on the highest quality, archival, textured cold-press watercolor paper, and using archival ink to ensure to the integrity and longevity of each print. Hand signed. They are not matted.
