I am retailer the original owner of this doll, she was removed from packaging but never played with. She still has all original booklet, certificate, instructions of care, and packaging. The skirt is wrinkled on the bottom because it doesn't completely fit in the box and had to be turned up. The box got a dent due to careless packing for move. Doll is like new.
