I actually think it's the top to an old metal bird bath. It measures 18 inches across and has a fabulous light scalloped edge. It does have some of the original green paint left . Rust and age is showing retailer so I would definitely wax or clear coat this item. There are a couple of small holes in the bottom. I had my flower frog collection display in this.
