Our inspiration for this Bible comes from the sprawling fields of Provence, France, where lavender grows wild and free. Lavender is an herb with great purpose: it has healing qualities, helps to calm and relax, and truly smells so sweet. For this Bible, we completed the design with some lyrics from an old hymn: "Tis so sweet to trust in Jesus."
