An original, hand-painted, watercolor home illustration ornament is the perfect addition to your Christmas tree or a great gift for anyone!

- PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY –

1. Select the frame shape from the drop-down menu and purchase.

- Rectangle 3"x2"
- Hexagon 3"

2. After purchasing your painting, please send me an Etsy message with photo(s) of subjects that will be in retailer the illustration. If you would like to depict a different color pallet, landscaping or any other details please specify.

**PHOTO GUIDELINES**

- Photos should be full length, showing the home in it's entirety. Sending multiple photos is helpful, to best capture the likeness your home.

4. Within 5-7 Days of receiving photos, I will Etsy message you with a pencil sketch of your portrait to be approved. Please let me know of any revisions you would like to be made. I want you to absolute love your finished creation! Once you approve the pencil sketch, I will begin painting your illustration.

5. When the painting is complete, I will Etsy message you with the finished product. This gives you an opportunity to point out any missing details!

6. Your portrait is packaged with love in a foam box with protective bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard box. When your portrait arrives, it is framed and ready to be placed on your tree.

**Please expect 3-4 weeks for delivery.** PLEASE let me know if your order is time sensitive, I can work with you!
