1970's maxi dress 36/38” bust 32” waist and smaller when using ties to adjust.

I love the striking print used on this silky jersey dress by Vera Mont. A huge blue flower against the black, the clever way the fabric has been used in the sleeves just adds to the dramatic effect, it is beautiful.
Made from a thin silky jersey with an equally thin silky lining it has a beautiful drape.
The dress has a ruched collar that fastens with three fabric buttons at the back.
Keyhole opening on front bodice and slimming midriff panel with downward centre point. The skirts are gathered into the waist at the front, with the long ties to adjust at the back.

Long beautiful skirts, or at least long on anyone smaller that 6 foot like my mannequin.

The sleeves have four button detail on each cuff. It fastens with a centre back zipper.
