retailer This item is a set of three professionally-produced art prints of my original sketches illustrating the iconic McAlpin, Cavalier, and Congress Hotels in Miami Beach, Florida.

My sketches are done with pencil, ink, and colored pencil with minor digital touch-ups done for printing purposes.

Prints are done on premium matte paper, with the subject labeled on the reverse side. I personally sign each print in the lower right corner. The watermark will not be present on the print itself.
