Handsome mid century modern wood and metal birds that I believe were made in the 1960s. This pair of birds is stained in a medium stained wood and thin brass / metal that has been shaped into wings. These birds have gorgeous outstretched wings that will be retailer on display as they fly across your wall. One of the coolest things about these handsome birds is that they have been signed by the artist in pencil on the back -- I believe the signature reads, Galen Metz.

These wall art birds were made in the Eames Era of the 1960s. They are beautiful in a modern home or even an industrial modern loft. Anywhere you need an elegant touch of mid century modern art! Mix with other modern pieces, or let them fly alone! These birds are in very good condition.
