Retailer Vintage 1940s Chartreuse Felt Tilt Hat

Unique vintage 1940s "lady fashions" made in France felt hat with faux flower that is a later addition. Vibrant almost neon yellow-green colour!

Very good vintage condition. The velour has softened with time so I had to hand shape it back into the shape I think it originally must have been (esp the crown). Selling as found. Bound brim has inner wire.

This hat can fit a range of retailer wearers due to the fact it is meant to be worn tilted on top of the head.
